UAI (USEYA ADVANCED INDUSTRY) is a digital production workshop and cloud DIY facility based in Izumi City, Osaka Prefecture.

UAI is fully equipped with smart glasses (HMD), 3D scanners, 3D printers, UV printers, laser processing machines, automatic photography systems, and private booths for telework and distribution. It is not only a production workshop but also has multiple purposes like a shared experience of digital equipment and operating skills that transcends time and space, online sales of produced goods, a place for creators to socialize, and esports training.

Capable of printing at 43µm XY resolution

The Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K is one of the large stereolithography 3D printers in Phrozen's Sonic series. These series consist of the large "Sonic Mega series," the medium-sized "Sonic Mighty series," and the small "Sonic Miniseries." Sonic Mega 8K is a particularly large model with a 15-inch build plate. This large build plate makes it possible to print a large number of figures at once, making full use of the "parallel printing" that stereolithography 3D printers are good at.

This 3D printer is well-known for its high speed and convenience. A new high-speed system utilizing ACF film and low-viscosity resin (TR300) makes it possible to cure up to 900 layers per hour. These technological advances have greatly improved print efficiency and quality.

Sonic Mega 8K comes with a user-friendly lift-up cover. This cover is easier to use than conventional breakaway covers and reduces accidents during printing. It also includes a drip hanger for handling uncured resin stuck to the build plate to minimize handling difficulties.

Advanced resin 3D printer

Phrozen Transform FAST is an advanced resin 3D printer that has influenced the 3D printing world with its rich features. The best features of this printer are its interchangeable 13.3-inch and dual 5.5-inch LCD panels. These allow the user to print on two different plates simultaneously, effectively cutting printing time in half.

A highly versatile CNC assembly kit that can process a variety of materials.
